As a Heliskiing Transfer Coordinator, you will be ensuring the smooth daily flow of guest transfers, from pick-up in Vancouver/Whistler to arrival at our lodge. This is more than just a job, you play a key role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and transfer operations. You will be expected to provide exemplary service to all guests at all times while maintaining and exceeding the service standards set by Tyax Lodge and Heliskiing. This dynamic role includes duties within coordination of transportation and making personalized guest itineraries. This is a hands-on role and superior communication skills are a must.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Coordinate and prepare guest itineraries, transfer manifests, and helicopter flight manifests promptly.
- Maintain daily communication with transportation partners, Tyax management, and the winter sales team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all transfer-related issues.
- Organize guest pick-ups and drop-offs in Vancouver and Whistler, and arrange private transfers when needed.
- Support the Guest Services team and Radio Dispatch, handle general administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, filing, and reporting.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable work environment, adhering to all Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or the airline industry is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- A clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- A responsible, dependable, and team-oriented individual.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Experience with PMS or Sales systems, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office programs; daily data management required.
- Valid BC driver’s license; a class 4 license is a strong asset.
- Flexibility in working hours and days throughout the season.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
