Tyax Lodge & Heli Skiing is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in one of British Columbia's most spectacular mountain destinations.

This is more than a kitchen job. It's an opportunity to work alongside an experienced culinary leadership team, develop your skills across multiple styles of service, and build a rewarding career in a unique mountain lodge setting.
Throughout the year you'll gain experience in:

  • Fine dining and multi-course tasting menus

Compensation Competitive salary based on experience + gratuities
Reports To Executive Chef & Sous Chef
Staff Housing Affordable on-site accommodation available

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across multiple styles of service
  • Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards
  • Support daily prep, service, inventory, and organization
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary and lodge teams
  • Continue developing your skills under experienced culinary leadership

We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional kitchen experience
  • Culinary training or equivalent experience
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
  • FoodSafe Level 1
